Bert and I are spending a fun and relaxing Christmas with Mom in Santa Rosa.
First we went for a neighborhood stroll in the 70 degree sunshine. We saw a cute pig with wings.
And a huge holly bush trimmed to the shape of a Christmas tree.
After putting the rack of pork in the oven to bake and leaving Zinger in charge…
We went to the pool for a swim and a soak in the hot tub. We did this at Thanksgiving too and the weather was just as gorgeous. I know we need rain but oh my, sunshine is a lovely thing.
Dinner was yummy! The pork was a big hit and Jan the neighbor joined us and shared a nice bottle of wine and a tasty pineapple creation. We said we were all full but when mom brought out this raspberry cranberry pie we made more room 😀
Best wishes to you and yours for a belated Merry Christmas!
